OUR TEAM OF SAIS AND FINANCIAL RECOVERY ADVISORS
The Bernier & Associates team is made up of chartered professional accountants and authorized insolvency trustees (formerly known as bankruptcy trustees since the 1950s), or SAIs. Our firm is dedicated to finding solutions for individuals and companies in financial difficulty.

Our licensed insolvency trustees are members of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, an independent, national, non-profit organization that strives to promote excellence, fairness and transparency in the provision of services. Our Chartered Accountants are registered with the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, two entities renowned for their rigour and integrity. We have mandates to intervene in all kinds of situations.
